Job description

Customer Supply Chain Strategy

  • Provides SC input to the Asia FC_P Market strategy; deploys and executes the FrieslandCampina SC Strategy within the OpCo.
  • Defines, implements, and continuously optimizes Route to Market (Supply) strategy.

Leads End-2-End Customer Supply Chain:

  • Manages a customer-centric organized team responsible for Demand Planning, S&OP, Customer Operations, Customer Collaboration, Commercialization & Logistics to serve the FC-P Asia Market.
  • Inventory and working capital management.
  • Manages end-to-end inventory processes (e.g., distributor, VMI), ensuring inventory aligns with projected demand and optimizes working capital according to targets.

Logistics and S&OP process parameters (KPI - Reporting):

  • Sets targets and ensures performance realization regarding cost, quality, and performance for Logistics & S&OP activities (KPI set).
  • Ensures plan parameters and master data are up-to-date, well-configured, and regularly reviewed to reflect market needs.

Quality Assurance (QA) - Sales:

  • Handles customer quality issues (complaints) via FU Customer Service organization.
  • Coordinates stakeholders to define and execute corrective and preventive actions per the Operating Company Crisis Team (OCCT).

Continuous Improvement: Supply Network and S&OP processes:

  • Aligns and resources FU supply network in accordance with RFC guidelines.
  • Ensures adherence and continuous improvement in S&OP process execution, standards, and methods per RFC standards.

Sourcing / Local OEM (including 3rd party manufacturing and partnerships):

  • Collaborates with Make and Procurement to define and execute FU sourcing strategies complying with RFC QA / RA standards.

Project Management (Supply Chain, Cross-Functional):

  • Initiates and oversees improvement projects aligned with FU SC Strategy.

Human Resources Management & Team Development:

  • Builds and leads an effective FU SC team: recruits, coaches, develops, appraises, rewards, counsels, and terminates in line with RFC HR policies and standards.
