Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Strategic Planning & Business Transformation
  • Develop and implement the Group’s strategic direction and long-term growth plans.
  • Advise the GCEO, GCFO, and Board on strategic issues, industry trends, and business risks/opportunities.
  • Drive execution of corporate initiatives such as M&A, restructuring, diversification, and strategic partnerships.
• 2. Corporate Finance
  • Oversee corporate finance functions including capital structuring, fundraising, investment analysis, and strategic financial planning.
  • Lead financial modeling, due diligence, valuation, and feasibility studies for key projects.
  • Interface with investors, banks, financial advisors, and analysts.
• 3. ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance)
  • Oversee the Group’s ESG strategy and policies in line with global standards.
  • Oversee ESG-related reporting and stakeholder disclosures.
  • Collaborate across business units to integrate sustainability practices and build ESG capabilities within the organization.
  • Champion internal awareness programs and sustainability culture.
• 4. Corporate Communication & Branding
  • Lead the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies.
  • Oversee brand positioning, corporate image building, media relations, and content development (e.g., Annual Reports, press releases).
  • Act as the primary liaison with appointed Public Relations (PR) firms to ensure alignment on messaging, media strategy, campaign execution, and crisis communication support.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across all public platforms and communication channels.
  • Serve as a spokesperson when needed and manage media interviews or engagements.
• 5. Corporate Affairs & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with regulators, government agencies, industry bodies, and key external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and assess the impact of public policies and regulatory changes.
  • Oversee corporate governance, CSR initiatives, and community engagement.
  • Oversee corporate events (Annual Dinner, Exhibitions, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain corporate events budget.
