  1. Facilities & Workplace Experience
    • Oversee office space planning and workplace design to foster collaboration, engagement, and well-being.
    • Ensure a safe, well-maintained, and modern work environment that enhances employee satisfaction and productivity.
    • Implement cost-effective facility solutions while leveraging advanced workplace innovations to improve efficiency and sustainability.
  2. Property & Corporate Fleet Management
    • Strategically manage company-owned and leased properties, ensuring cost optimization and effective space utilization.
    • Oversee fleet operations, procurement, and maintenance, ensuring cost efficiency and business continuity.
    • Ensure compliance with leasing agreements, insurance policies, and legal requirements while optimizing vendor contracts.
  3. Administration & Business Support Services
    • Enhance administrative functions, streamlining processes for better efficiency and employee experience.
    • Develop and enforce policies that improve operational effectiveness and reduce bureaucracy.
    • Leverage digital transformation to modernize support services, improving response times and service delivery.
  4. Logistics, Warehousing & Business Continuity
    • Drive supply chain optimization and cost-effective warehousing solutions to support business growth.
    • Implement lean logistics strategies to enhance efficiency and responsiveness to business needs.
    • Ensure business continuity by improving inventory management and minimizing operational disruptions.
  5. Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Compliance
    • Develop and champion a strong safety culture, ensuring a healthy and risk-free work environment.
    • Conduct proactive risk assessments, safety training, and emergency response planning.
    • Ensure compliance with local and international health, safety, and environmental regulations while driving sustainability initiatives.
  6. Security & Risk Management
    • Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and crisis management plans to safeguard personnel, assets, and critical infrastructure.
    • Oversee access control, physical security, and 24/7 surveillance across all corporate facilities, including telecommunication base stations, warehouses, etc.
    • Enhance security measures at remote sites, ensuring strict monitoring, intrusion detection, and rapid response protocols.
    • Deploy advanced surveillance systems, including CCTV, motion sensors, and real-time monitoring to prevent unauthorized access and asset theft.
    • Strengthen collaboration with law enforcement, regulatory bodies, and private security firms to ensure compliance, threat mitigation, and rapid incident resolution.
  7. Strategic & Financial Impact:
    • Optimize budgets and cost structures to improve operational efficiency while maintaining high service standards.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities through vendor negotiations, strategic procurement, and process automation.
    • Partner with senior leadership to align corporate services with overall business strategy, supporting scalability and growth.
    • Leverage data-driven insights and KPIs to improve decision-making, efficiency, and return on investment.
