The Challenges

• Responsible for strategic, operational, and financial management to ensure the company's growth, profitability, and sustainability while maintaining high standards of design excellence and client satisfaction.
• Oversee daily operations and the work of executives by leading all design and build projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Optimize financial outcomes and provide strategic recommendations to enhance profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners. Lead business development initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Encourage innovation in design and construction processes to maintain a competitive edge.
• Develop and implement the company's strategic vision. Identify new business opportunities and market trends to ensure growth and sustainability. Set performance and growth goals.

What It Takes

• More than 10 years of experience at a senior management level.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Experience in construction, design and build, architecture, and interior design industries.
