Overview

The Head of Business Development & Marketing is tasked with driving external partnerships, commercialization readiness, and strategic outreach to position MIMOS Holdings as a trusted innovation and commercialization leader. This includes oversight of technology commercialization, business partnership development, and stakeholder engagement. A critical component of this role is to generate income and revenue through commercialization, partnership, and market access initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for MIMOS-developed technologies.
  • Drive industry, academia, and government engagement for strategic alliances.
  • Oversee startup formation, pilot programs, and product readiness activities.
  • Manage commercialization outreach, branding, and thought leadership.
  • Lead G2G, G2B, and G2E engagement models and ecosystem partnerships.
  • Supervise market intelligence, benchmarking, and commercialization pipeline health.
  • Work with subsidiaries to enhance visibility and stakeholder communication.
  • Design business development strategies that contribute to revenue generation and income streams.

Qualifications
  • Possess Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (Masterâs preferred)

Professional Qualification

  • Certifications in innovation management, GTM, or partnership development are an added advantage.

  • Minimum of 10 yearsâ experience in business development, technology commercialization, or marketing.

Technical Skills
