Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cross-functional team across Software Engineering, QA, AI, and Data, building RegASK’s flagship regulatory intelligence platform.
• Drive engineering strategy, product architecture, and AI integration, transforming complex compliance workflows into intelligent, automated SaaS solutions.
• Architect scalable systems using React.js, Node.js, Python, and MongoDB, aligned with enterprise security and data protection standards.
• Spearhead the integration of LLMs and AI pipelines, enabling real-time insights and risk assessments across global regulations.
• Collaborate with C-level stakeholders and regulatory experts to align technology with long-term business strategy and market expansion.
• Champion engineering excellence through CI/CD, test automation, and DevOps workflows
• Drive team performance and capability through mentorship, hiring, and structured career development.
• Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and technical reviews to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience, building web applications and services
• 3-5 years of experience with MERN stack, Python a plus
• Experience with production grade deployment a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively
• An eye for detail and the ability to develop adaptive code that can keep up with new requirements
• Strong communication skills
