The Planning and Measurement team at Google is a critical part of our advertising business, ensuring that our clients understand the value and impact of their campaigns. In this role, you'll be a trusted advisor and consultant, working closely with both Google leadership and CXOs to develop and implement robust marketing strategies that drive business. You will leverage Google's cutting-edge data and technology to provide actionable insights that improve advertising effectiveness and drive business results. You'll help drive better measurement practices across a portfolio of clients in e-commerce, gaming and travel.

Qualifications
Job responsibilities
  • Provide support and consulting on client's/partner’s strategy in the areas of sales, marketing or product development, and translate data into answers to business questions or insights to facilitate business decision-making.
  • Develop and own investigative modeling for key client/partner projects, apply or customize investigative tools and frameworks to identify opportunities, and develop solutions to optimize client/partner business and maximize the use and effectiveness of Google products.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to drive business growth, conduct in-depth analysis and identify business opportunities, and support the development of go-to-market business pitch and marketing collateral.
  • Build and manage relationships with client/partner stakeholders across functions and levels, and own the relationship with the data/investigative stakeholders on the client’s/partner’s side.
  • Lead a team of individuals, set and communicate team priorities that support organizational goals.
Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in marketing analytics, strategy consulting, financial modeling, or statistical analysis.
  • 5 years of experience in a sales leadership and people management role, including coaching, mentoring, and team development.
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., experimentation frameworks, attribution models, measuring incrementally, statistical approaches, SQL, R, Python etc).
  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management internally and externally.
