Job Summary
Reporting to the Chief IT Officer of Allianz Malaysia Berhad, the Head of IT Service Delivery and IT Governance acts as one point of contact and interface between AZ Malaysia IT and AZ Technology Malaysia in financial, service delivery, incident management and all related matters. Also, the role assumes responsibility for all Governance related items such as internal and external audits, regulatory requirements, and internal global, regional, and local Governance. The person is responsible for the end-to-end service delivery from Allianz Technology as Service Provider to AZ Malaysia business.
