Drive Setia’s corporate messaging and positioning including brand identity, corporate campaigns in collaboration with the executive team and key stakeholders.
To build and advance the Group’s brand image in ways that directly impact brand equity and indirectly the revenue and employer branding.
To develop and manage media program creating strong partnerships, and raising Setia’s awareness and brand in key areas.
To lead and manage the Group’s PR and Crisis Communication functions and strive to achieve and maintain positive visibility with top tier industry media.
To lead the Group’s overall communications channels and strategies as well as team members across social and more, to drive optimization, efficiency and compliance to the brand including owned channels, developments’ communities and social platforms.
To manage the Group’s awards program, identifying avenues to leverage the recognitions across our key stakeholders.
To drive key objectives and measurement for brand and communications functions by setting benchmarks through development and adoption of brand policies and procedures.
Bachelor degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Business or related field.
Experience in branding, marketing, corporate communications, loyalty program, media crisis management, image consultant.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Innovative approach to developing campaigns and solving problems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
