Overview

Head, Early Childhood Education Programme (IMMEDIATE HIRING)

Implement, and monitor high-quality early childhood education programs aligned with the organization’s vision and early learning frameworks. Ensure all activities and curriculum promote holistic child development (cognitive, emotional, social, and physical). Oversee the evaluation of children’s progress and the effectiveness of teaching strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Implement, and monitor high-quality early childhood education programs aligned with the organization’s vision and early learning frameworks. Ensure all activities and curriculum promote holistic child development (cognitive, emotional, social, and physical). Oversee the evaluation of children’s progress and the effectiveness of teaching strategies.
  • Staff Supervision & Development: Lead, coach, and mentor teachers, assistants, and support staff to maintain high professional standards. Conduct regular staff meetings, appraisals, and performance reviews. Organize and facilitate professional development workshops and training.
  • Curriculum & Quality Assurance: Review and update the curriculum in line with current early childhood trends and educational policies. Maintain compliance with government regulations, licensing, and accreditation standards. Monitor classroom environments to ensure safety, inclusivity, and effective learning settings.
  • Administration & Reporting: Manage staffing levels effectively. Prepare reports, maintain records, and ensure timely submission to relevant authorities. Participate in strategic planning for center growth and improvement.
