  1. Develop, implement, and manage the center sales plan to achieve the CBBC’s targets.
  2. Build market share of commercial loans in respective regions.
  3. Responsible for deposits growth.
  4. Review weekly sales targets and activities, and identify the need for coaching and guidance to ensure targets are met.
  5. Maintain awareness of competitor activity and industry best practices.
  6. Proactively monitor credit quality through early recognition of signs of deterioration and implement appropriate strategies to contain, maintain, reduce, or exit relationships.
  7. Develop and maintain a network of business contacts.
  8. Cross-sell other bank products.
  9. Train and develop Relationship Managers to enhance their knowledge and increase the portfolio of quality loans.
  10. Empowered to propose staff promotions, terminations, salary increments, and adjustments as per HR policies.
  11. Ensure a customer-focused approach to deliver high standards of customer service aligned with bank standards.
  12. Resolve customer complaints and attend to requests promptly.
  13. Ensure no adverse reports from audit findings of the center.
  14. Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
  15. Review credits timely to consider continuing or increasing exposure.
