Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide orientation to patients and next of kin upon admission or transfer, including explanation of the Patient Charter.
• Offer emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
• Ensure initial nursing assessments are conducted within the required timeframe.
• Participate in doctors’ rounds and communicate relevant patient information effectively.
• Ensure accurate execution of doctors’ orders.
