Job Responsibility

Supervising Hardware Operations

  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of hardware systems and equipment.
  • Ensure all hardware-related tasks comply with company standards and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent system failures.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, train, and supervise a team of hardware technicians.
  • Assign tasks and monitor team performance to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide guidance and support to resolve technical issues

Hardware Troubleshooting

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
  • Identify the root causes of hardware failures and implement preventive measures.
  • Maintain accurate records of troubleshooting activities and solutions.

Inventory and Resource Management

  • Manage hardware tools, spare parts, and equipment inventory to ensure availability.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for the procurement of necessary hardware components.
  • Optimize resource allocation to improve cost efficiency.

Compliance and Reporting

  • Ensure all hardware operations adhere to safety and operational regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments.
  • Prepare and submit reports on hardware performance, maintenance schedules, and team activities.

Equipment Optimization

  • Monitor hardware performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Recommend and implement system upgrades or replacements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently.
  • No Limit for minimum education but candidates need to have Hardware background.
  • Min 2 Year working experience.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
