The Penang site supports a range of operations, playing a key role in serving clients across sectors like electronics, industrial, and healthcare, with a focus on precision, quality, and innovation. They are currently seeking an experienced Hardware Design Project Manager to take lead in their upcoming technical projects, specifically with servers, laptops, cpus etc
Your new role
- Drive the design, development, and execution of advanced technical solutions across multidisciplinary projects, including involvement in project planning and timelines.
- Offer technical guidance and mentorship to a large team of engineers; may serve as a key subject matter expert in one or more specialized areas.
- Oversee non-technical aspects of engineering projects, such as team management and budgeting.
- Analyze and evaluate technical documents and project requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 8-10 years of related experience with leading projects from candle to grave
- Background in Electronics, semicon, related industries
- Project Management Professional certification is an added advantage
