Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hardware board-level testing experience.
• Understanding of networking switch/server/storage concepts and hardware design fundamentals.
• Familiarity with signal integrity theory and key bus standards (PCIe, DDR, USB, SATA, LAN, I2C/SPI).
• Good understanding of basic measuring instruments (oscilloscopes and probes).
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Scripting knowledge (Python) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware board-level testing following the approved validation plan.
• Collaborate with R&D and assist in debugging and failure analysis until resolution.
• Follow Master Technical Templates and SOPs to ensure test consistency.
• Draft test plans and capture data for project-level review.
• Improve testing procedures to shorten times and broaden coverage in the lab.
• Set up and operate measuring instruments to conduct bus validation.
• Utilize scripting frameworks (Python/SCPI) to run automated tests.
