Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor data center hardware and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data center operations
• Respond promptly to data center alarms and emergency situations
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all data center equipment and supplies
• Ensure compliance with data center standards and best practices
• Assisting in the installation of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems, including fixtures, fittings, and support structures.
• To monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activity Perform first level troubleshooting.
• Report issues and provide status updates to the maintenance supervisor.
• Carrying out touch-up (painting) and full-area repainting of walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to maintain a clean and presentable environment.
• Installing and routing electrical or communication cables in accordance with safety and operational standards.
• Identifying and replacing defective components in various systems and equipment.

Requirement

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• PW1 (Single Phase Wireman) or PW2 (Single Phase Wireman with Testing Endorsement)
• Certification in building maintenance, HVAC, or related fields is preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or handyman role.
• Experience with basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance is an advantage.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
