Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
7–10 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies.
Proven experience leading or managing small technical teams.
Strong hands-on experience in solution design, system integration, and application architecture.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a small team of developers for application delivery and support.
Design and propose scalable technical solutions based on business requirements.
Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure best development practices.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA teams, and stakeholders.
Participate in architecture discussions, effort estimations, and technical planning.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide resolution guidance.
Ensure timely delivery of projects with quality and performance standards.
Mentor junior developers and support technical skill development within the team.
Drive Agile/Scrum development practices and participate in sprint activities.
