Job summary

Private Advertiser in Puncak Alam, Selangor, is seeking a Production Staff member for a full-time role in a halal-certified food factory. You will support efficient and safe production, ensure halal and food safety compliance, and contribute to meeting daily targets on the production line.

You will operate equipment, perform assembly and packaging tasks, maintain hygiene, and participate in halal and food-safety training to uphold high product quality and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring production equipment and machinery in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines
• Performing assembly, processing, and packaging tasks as assigned by supervisors or production schedules
• Ensuring all food products are handled in compliance with halal certification requirements and food safety standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the production area, including regular cleaning of workstations and equipment
• Inspecting products for quality defects and ensuring only products meeting quality standards proceed through the production line
• Recording production data, completion times, and any issues encountered during shifts
• Following all safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
• Reporting equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors immediately
• Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
• Participating in training sessions on halal practices, food safety, and equipment operation
