Job summary

PrimaBaguz, a Malaysian halal meat producer now part of Johnsonville, seeks a capable production supervisor. You will oversee the oven-to-packing process, monitor quality, and ensure daily plans are followed.

Qualifications

• Experience in food processing manufacturing.
• SPM or equivalent qualification in Food Science or related field.
• Ability to communicate and supervise effectively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor oven output and daily productivity.
• Ensure daily planning is followed and packaging begins on time.
• Check product condition in chillers/freezers and follow FIFO.
• Ensure products meet forecast, quantity, and quality requirements.
• Maintain clean, organized chillers and freezers and record temperatures.
• Communicate order details to Customer Service and ensure proper labeling.
• Supervise subordinates and train on production processes.
• Adhere to safety rules and operate machines safely.
