Job Responsibilities

1. Manage, monitor, and update HACCP, GMP, MESTI, Halal & ISO applications.
2. File and update relevant documents.
3. Perform tasks related to process and finished goods analysis, microbiology, hygiene, pest control, packaging materials, raw materials, calibration activities, and equipment cleanliness as part of the QA team.
4. Work closely with other departments to improve operational processes, ensuring product safety and quality.
5. Liaise with certification bodies for compliance and surveillance audits.
6. Maintain documentation in the Document Management System (DMS).
7. Support shipping activities related to product technical issues.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the food industry.
• Diploma or Degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, or relevant science discipline; other qualifications considered with strong experience and knowledge.
• Certificate in Halal certification is an advantage.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, food quality and safety, Halal applications, and auditing.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and work on multiple assignments.
• Willing to work in Simpang Ampat, Penang.
• Able to start immediately is an advantage.

Other Information
