Job summary

A leading company in HR services seeks a Senior Process Executive to manage the employee lifecycle and complex HR queries. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resource Management and 1-3 years of experience in a shared service environment. This role demands effective interpersonal skills and knowledge of HR management systems such as SAP and Workday.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years experience in shared service environment under HR function.
  • Demonstrates detailed knowledge in HR processes and systems.
  • Experience in managing employee lifecycle and related HR activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and transactions.
  • Handle complex queries via Case Management system.
  • Maintain e-filing management system support.

  • Manage Employee Life cycle processed as per approved guidelines:
    • Initiate Hire and creating employee profile in system
    • Process Job change transaction in system such as Reporting change, organisation change, confirmation, promotion, transfer
    • Issue transactional letters
    • Processes various electronic forms related to documenting human resources activities such as new-hire onboarding, change-of-status, performance evaluations, benefits, termination of employment, etc.
    • Inputs employee personal data into human resources information/computer system (HRIS) database and/or documents activities as requested.

Manage complex queries thru Case Management system for daily operation

Manage and maintain e-filing management system

Support seniors and team lead as and when required

Requirements:

Possess at least a STPM, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business studies/ Administration/ Human Resource Management or equivalent.

Preferably someone with 1-3 years related experience in shared service environment under HR function.

Demonstrates knowledge or experience in human resources and cases management system such as SAP/Workday.

Hand on experience in human resources software such as HRIS.

Demonstrate effective and stable interpersonal relationship with internal and external parties.

Detail-orientated and meticulous.

Fluent in English. Proficiency in a second language such as Mandarin would be an advantage.
