Job summary

Resorts World Genting – Genting Highlands, Pahang is seeking a Service Manager to lead the front-office and guest-service operations at our resort. The role emphasizes strong leadership, superb guest interaction, and efficient service delivery within a hospitality-focused team.

The ideal candidate will have credentials in hospitality management and substantial front-office experience, including a supervisory capacity, with excellent communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management/Hotel Catering with 5 years of experience, including 2 years as Front Office Duty Manager.
• SPM holder with at least 6 years’ experience, including 2 years as Front Office Duty Manager.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken).
• Good working knowledge of computer software applications.
• Strong leadership and organizing skills.
