Located at the heart of the Kuala Lumpur city center, Traders Hotel by Shangri-La is looking for a dynamic, and multi-skilled talent in delivering our Asian hospitality.

As Guest Service Executive (Club Lounge) we rely on you:

• Provide personalized service to Club Lounge guests, including check-in/check-out assistance, dining preferences, and special requests.
• Ensure all guest needs are met promptly and efficiently, including arranging transportation, reservations, and other services.
• Maintain a high standard of service and presentation in the lounge at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, requests, and feedback for future reference.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies, and notify management of any low stock.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the lounge area during operational shifts.
• To perform all duties according to Quality Standards and Core Practices.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Tourism/ Hospitality/ Hotel Management.
• Proficient in oral and written English and Malay.
• Familiarity with using hotel property Management Systems (PMS) OPERA will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 1 year as guest service personnel in a service industry.
• Previous experience in hospitality or guest services, preferably in a club lounge setting.
• Pleasant, effective social skills, and versatile.
• Willing to work in shift.
• Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
