• Experience in watersports operations or recreational activities is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using booking application and management software.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly.

Other Requirements
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job.
• Certification in first aid and CPR, watersport instructor certifications (e.g., diving, kayaking) are advantageous.
