Job Summary: The Guest Services Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures, handling reservations, and addressing inquiries or concerns. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Guest Interaction & Customer Service
    - Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process.
    - Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
    - Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally.
    - Handle complaints and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
  2. Front Desk Operations
    - Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
    - Manage room assignments and reservations.
  3. Coordination & Communication
    - Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
    - Communicate effectively with other departments to fulfill guest needs.
    - Assist in coordinating transportation, tours, or special arrangements for guests.
  4. Administrative Duties
    - Maintain front desk organization and ensure all documentation is up to date.
    - Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
    - Monitor and manage inventory of front desk supplies.
  5. Compliance & Safety
    - Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
    - Maintain confidentiality of guest information and transactions.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a front office role in the hospitality industry preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in reservation software and office applications.
- Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and maintain professionalism.
