Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Agent at Holiday Inn Kuala Lumpur Bangsar. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, assisting with inquiries and reservations, and ensuring a pleasant stay experience for all guests.
