About the role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our team at Indie Hotel Kuala Lumpur in the heart of Kuala Lumpur City Centre. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and exceeds their expectations.
What you'll be doing
Warmly greeting and checking in guests, efficiently processing all arrivals and departures
Responding to guest enquiries and requests in a timely and courteous manner
Resolving guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally
Maintaining accurate guest records and handling all guest financial transactions
Assisting with the coordination of guest activities and arrangements
Promoting the hotel's facilities and services to enhance the guest experience
Providing a high level of customer service at all times, contributing to the positive reputation of the hotel
What we're looking for
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively
Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A positive, friendly, and professional attitude, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
