Overview

Receptionist’s duties include checking guests in and out, issuing keys, and taking reservations by telephone or email, preparing bills and dealing with payments. Provide guests with information, answer their queries and deal with complaints. To ensure a property’s guests have a clean, comfortable environment. Send and collect laundry, shopping for guest house stuffs when needed. Guesthouse cleaning.

Working Hours

Working Hour 8.30am-5.30pm
Off day once a week-Week Day
