Job summary

QUARTERS MANAGEMENT SERVICES Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a friendly and responsible Service Crew to join our restaurant team. You will provide excellent customer service and help ensure smooth daily operations.

You will greet and serve customers, take orders, maintain cleanliness, coordinate with kitchen and cashier, and assist with opening and closing duties. Fresh graduates welcome; shifts including weekends and public holidays required; EPF, SOCSO, EIS and staff meals provided.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, hardworking and customer oriented.
• Able to work well in a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
• Provide good customer service and attend to customers’ needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area.
• Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and cashier to ensure smooth service.
• Replenish cutlery, condiments, and other service items.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant SOPs.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
