Lendlease is looking for candidates who are interested growing their career as a Guest Experience Officer at The Exchange, TRX Kuala Lumpur. The Tun Razak Exchange is a development poised to be Malaysia’s new international business and financial district. At the heart of this urban transformation is The Exchange TRX, a city defining development designed to create the ultimate experiential environment, from retail to dining, entertainment and world class hotels.

The Exchange TRX is a 17-acre integrated development set to become one of Asia’s leading lifestyle hubs. The mall is a 1.3 million sq ft of next-generation retail space will include a 10-acre rooftop park. We are looking for build our mall team and would like to invite aspiring individuals to apply for the following role:

If you are looking for an exciting role that works closely with a dynamic team and offers growth opportunities, this is the role for you. The Guest Experience Officer is responsible for attending to inquiries/feedback/requests/complaints from shoppers and tenants tactfully and in a timely manner.

Your role includes but not limited to:

• Communication with shoppers and tenants in person or via phone call.

• Ensuring all customer facilities such as strollers and wheelchairs are in good working condition and maintained at high standard of cleanliness.

• Attending to emergencies and responding according to the centre Standard Operating Procedure.

• Concierge desk administration duties.

• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations of the mall.

• Assist in mall marketing events and campaigns such as handling gift redemption, lucky draws, contest forms etc.

Requirements

• Essential to this role is experience in customer service with an approachable and friendly demeanour.

• Excellent proficiency in English is a must have skill for this role.

• Able to converse in Mandarin/Japanese will be added advantage.

• You must be able to work on shift hours, weekends and public holidays.
