Job summary

Hyatt Place Kuala Lumpur Bukit Jalil is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to support hotel operations and guest comfort. You will deliver exceptional service, maintain room cleanliness, and help uphold Hyatt standards as part of a collaborative housekeeping team.

The role reports to the Housekeeping Manager and involves working with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. This position is open to Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents as required by work permit restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Delivers the brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.
• Assists with other Host duties and operational needs.
• Strives to achieve Guest Satisfaction Survey (HySat) targets.
• Provides excellent service to associates.
• Handles complaints and inquiries courteously; feeds back guest issues to Lead Host – Housekeeping.
• Maintains positive working relationships with guests and colleagues.
• Ensures brand standards are implemented and supports other departments as needed.
• Responds to consumer comments and ensures relevant changes are implemented.
• Cleans and makes up guest rooms; empties soiled linen.
• Updates room status via telephone interface system.
• Attends training sessions and completes Hyatt's onboarding within 90 days.
