Job summary

SALT Talent in Malaysia is hiring a Financing GTM Associate (Marketing Operations) for a 12-month renewable contract. You will collaborate with Solutions, local market teams, and cross-functional units to ensure smooth market rollouts and effective GTM execution.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, campaign support, and operational documentation to drive performance across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• 1–3 years in operations, project coordination, fintech, payments, or e-commerce roles.
• Strong coordination and communication across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with data, dashboards and reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of Merchant Financing rollout across markets and assist Solutions in day-to-day operations and market launches.
• Coordinate with local market teams to support GTM activities and campaign execution.
• Support data tracking and reporting for business performance and marketing activities.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining operational documentation (SOPs, campaign briefs).
