Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a GSA/FO/Operator at The Light Hotel, located in Georgetown. The GSA/FO/Operator will handle various front office operations including guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, responding to guest inquiries and requests, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Proficiency in front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling reservations
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team and coordinate with other departments
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in computer systems relevant to hotel operations
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
