Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales agents to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement telesales strategies to drive revenue, acquire new customers, and retain existing ones.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, demonstrations and mentoring to telesales agents.
• Oversee and participate in customer calls to ensure high-quality service and resolve escalated issues.
• Set and review sales targets, ensuring the team meets revenue, conversion, and KPI goals.
• Continuously assess and improve telesales processes and workflows to boost productivity.
