Job Description

The Role

The Team: You will join SEEK’s global Commercial Growth, Adjacent Revenue team – a team of passionate, fun and smart individuals across Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia, who are charged by SEEK to lead the design, development and scale of new business opportunities across our 8 markets in SEEK Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to provide comprehensive operational support to our commercial division. This position plays a vital role in optimizing sales processes, enhancing team efficiency, and contributing to demand growth through various administrative and analytical functions.

• Responsible for weekly leads generation through structured data analysis, identifying growth opportunities via insights on user behaviour, commercial funnels, and market research
• Manage monthly sales incentive calculations with precision, ensuring accurate and timely processing of commission structures
• Responsible for building, maintaining, and improving presentation materials and reports for performance health monitoring and tracking effectiveness of sales initiatives
• Facilitate data entry and management across CRM systems to maintain accurate commercial intelligence
• Systematically track and document initiative outcomes, measuring key performance indicators against established targets to evaluate commercial success
• Independently support administrative functions including documentation processing, meeting coordination, and general commercial team support
• Assist in developing data resources to help understand and address operational challenges within the sales ecosystem

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

• At least 2 years’ experience working in analysis, strategy or research-related roles
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL, ETL knowledge, and AWS Athena
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Especially PowerPoint and Excel)
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly with numerical data
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Track record of working with others to “get things done”

• Collaborative: A good teammate, motivated by team and company success, generous in supporting others in the commercial organization
• Passionate: About understanding complex sales challenges, able to think critically and derive findings from evidence
• Articulate: Able to clearly express ideas verbally and in writing, particularly when communicating data insight
• Previous experience in sales support or administration preferred
