The Group Technology Graduate Trainee Program is for driven, disciplined and passionate individuals who have excelled in their studies and wish to embark on a career journey in the tech space. Through this program, we aim to develop well-rounded technology professionals with a foundational understanding of the Group Technology Division's operations, processes, and strategic initiatives, fostering future leaders and specialists within the organization.

Program Structure

Throughout the 12-month program, the Graduate Trainees will undergo job rotations where each rotation will provide immersive experience and practical application of knowledge, encapsulated by the following core principles:

• Experiential Learning: Hands-on involvement in real-world projects and day-to-day operations.
• Structured Mentorship: Dedicated guidance from experienced professionals.
• Continuous Development: Focus on technical skills, soft skills, and professional growth.
• Exposure & Networking: Opportunities to interact with various teams and senior leadership.
• Performance-Driven: Regular evaluations and feedback for improvement.

Eligibility

• Malaysian Citizen
• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields, with a minimum 3.5 CGPA from a recognized or reputable University.
