Job description
Quality Assurance (QA)
  • Implement, maintain, and improve ISO 9001 quality management system, SOPs, and company policies.
  • Support internal and external audits; resolve non-conformities and implement corrective/preventive actions.
  • Evaluate existing processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Assist in production/assembly quality monitoring and performance review.
  • Coordinate with OEMs, certification bodies (SIRIM, SPAN, CIDB, IKRAM, etc.) for product approval, factory audits, and consignment certification.
  • Manage product certification, import licensing, and product registration processes.
Quality Control (QC)
  • Conduct inspections at all stages during the incoming, in-process and outgoing processes.
  • Manage new product evaluation, reliability testing, and market quality analysis.
  • Support technical troubleshooting and customer quality complaints (domestic & ASEAN).
  • Provide training and technical guidance on new product models to sales subsidiaries and internal teams.
Production & Process Support
  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and smooth operation.
  • Ensure operators follow SOPs and quality requirements.
  • Supervise and coordinate manpower, resources, and equipment to meet quality and production needs.
  • Take corrective and preventive actions on production abnormalities.
  • Maintain a safe, healthy, clean, and organized working environment.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly quality reports to management.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, inspection, and testing methods.
  • Familiarity with engineering documentation, product certification, and regulatory standards.
  • Experience in quality audits, factory audits, and compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Exposure to plastic manufacturing processes and OEM quality standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Draftsight or CAD tools for technical documentation.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Able to multitask and handle responsibilities with professionalism and integrity.
  • Team player with the ability to coordinate across departments.
