Group IT Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement and lead the Group IT roadmap and strategy for the Group of Companies in the region.
2. Recommend and introduce IT strategic alternatives to meeting Group digital objectives.
3. Develop/update the Group IT strategy plan, conceptualizing enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and tracking performance.
4. Identify opportunities where the Group can utilize digital techniques for greatest strategic impact and defining the priority capabilities required to succeed.
5. Provide IT technical support to the Company.
6. Liaise with relevant vendors and external parties.
7. Provide technical and programming support for the Group ERP system.
8. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 10 years of related working experience with at least 3 years of experience in designing, leading and managing IT projects.
2. Exposure and understanding of IT trends, with good understanding of IT architecture for alignment of technologies suitable for adoption.
3. Knowledge in ERP systems (Microsoft 365 Business Central).
4. Experience in managing regional IT Team.
5. Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems.
6. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
7. Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize.
8. Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices.
