Group Head of Finance (Based at JB)

We are a group of Companies specialized in Property Development & Construction in Johor. Due to expansion, we invite interested and qualified finance background personnel to apply for the vacancy.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and ensure a healthy cash flow.
2. Lead the entire Finance and Accounts Division to meet the timely submission of financial reports to statutory bodies and the Board of Directors accurately.
3. Mitigate all financial risks and manage debtors' repayment ageing.
4. Develop and review practical and effective SOPs for the Finance & Accounts Division.
5. Analyze financial data and analytics to assist the BOD in business development decisions.

Location: Johor Bahru.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a senior financial management role within the Construction industry.
• Meticulous, proficient in numbers and data analysis.
• Member of an accounting body such as MIA or ACCA.
• Excellent in financial data analysis, reporting, budgeting, cost control, and forecasting practices.
