Preparation of the Group annual and quarterly financial consolidation and preparation of the relevant Bursa Quarterly Report and Annual Report;
Liaising with external auditors and coordination of the Group audit process;
Handling Group taxation, treasury and banking matters;
Assist the consolidation of the Group annual and mid-year budgets and annual Group 3-year financial forecasts for the Board reporting pack and rating agency;
Financial Planning and Analysis - responsible for analysing financial data to help the Company make informed decisions;
Reviewing and responding to financial inquiries on management accounts.
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualified Accountant with professional certification or Degree in Bachelor of Accountancy;
At least 5 years in relevant working experience;
An analytical mind and a keen eye for details and desire to probe further into data;
Solid technical background in MFRS, including consolidated reporting and statutory reporting experience;
Deadline-oriented and able to work under time constraints;
Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge;
Candidate with manufacturing experience will be an added advantage.
