Job description

We are a fast-growing conglomerate with core operations in Property Development and Construction, along with expanding interests in Property Management, Hospitality, and E-Commerce. As part of our business expansion, we are seeking a young, dynamic, and experienced professional with a business-driven mindset and a proven track record in the industry to join us as Group Financial Controller.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will lead the Group’s overall financial management – including strategic planning, group reporting, corporate finance, and project funding. You will head a lean finance team while contributing to key business growth and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead group budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
  2. Manage development project financing, banking relationships, and investor relations
  3. Oversee project accounting, cost control, and cash flow
  4. Ensure tax efficiency, compliance and corporate reporting accuracy
  5. Support investment activities, fundraising, M&A, and IPO readiness
  6. Develop, lead and mentor the finance team
