Job summary

AFFIN Bank Berhad is seeking a seasoned corporate communications leader to direct the Group's communications, media relations and CSR initiatives, strengthening reputation and ensuring license to operate. You will work with the CEO and Board to shape messaging, governance, and stakeholder engagement across the organisation.

Lead crisis communications, set KPIs, and oversee CSR and sustainability storytelling to reinforce trust in AFFIN as a leading financial institution.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate communications, media relations or CSR leadership.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic communications programs.
• Strong crisis and reputation management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group's integrated communications strategy aligned with priorities and brand.
• Design media relations strategy, build relationships with press and agencies, secure opportunities and manage crises.
• Provide executive communications support to the Group CEO and senior leadership; measure performance using KPIs.
