Group Chief Operating Officer / Group Chief Technical Officer 集团运作总经理 / 集团技术总经理

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly capable Group COO or Group CTO to lead and manage a fully integrated pet service group, covering 本公司受项目委托，诚聘一位具备经营规划、系统思维与执行力的集团运作总经理或集团技术总经理，全面领导宠物全链条服务集团，涵盖：

Pet Hospitals 宠物医院 | Grooming Salons 猫狗美容院 | Pet Hotels 宠物酒店 | Pet Food & Retail 干粮零售销售等

Key Responsibilities 主要职责:

· Oversee and manage operations of all subsidiaries and departments within the group, driving standardization, systemization, and digital transformation. 经营管理集团所有子公司和部门，推动标准化、系统化、数字化管理

· Develop and implement key corporate systems including KPI, SOP, sales systems, IT infrastructure. 制定并落实 KPI、SOP、销售系统、IT基础设施等核心制度

· Be proficient in analyzing financial reports to support decision-making, cost control, and operational optimization. 熟悉并能分析集团财务报表，提供运营、成本与利润优化意见

· Supervise and ensure all systems are effectively executed to maintain smooth and efficient operations 监督并确保各系统实际执行到位，保障公司高效运作

· Collaborate with the Board to design and implement the following core systems 配合董事会，托管或参与以下核心管理系统的设计与落实:

· - Budgeting & Financial Control Systems 财务与预算管控系统

· - Performance Appraisal Systems 员工绩效考核系统

· - Human Resource Management Systems 人力资源管理系统 (HRMS)

· - Customer Relationship Management 客户关系管理系统 (CRM)

· - Supply Chain & Inventory Management Systems 供应链与库存管理系统 (SCM / Inventory)

· - Internal Audit & Risk Management Systems 内部稽核与风险管理系统

· - Frequent travel required within Malaysia and internationally 定期出差周边州市或国际

Requirements 职位要求:

· Fluent in Mandarin, Malay, and English 熟练掌握中文、马来文、英文三语

· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred) 具备学士学位（硕士优先）

· Must meet at least one of the following 满足以下任一条件:

· - 5+ years of senior executive experience in a listed company, or 上市公司高管经验超过5年，或

· - 5+ years in a senior leadership role in a company with annual revenue exceeding RM100 million 年营业额超过 RM1亿 企业中担任高级主管超过5年

· Passionate about the pet industry with strong alignment to the company’s mission 对宠物行业有热情，认同公司使命

· Based in Kuala Lumpur HQ, with frequent business travel domestically and abroad 常驻吉隆坡总部，能配合国内外频繁出差

Preferred Qualifications 加分条件（优先考虑）:

· Proven experience in team leadership and middle-management training 具备团队领导与中层经理培训经验

· Familiar with ERP, CRM, and enterprise-level digital systems 熟悉 ERP、CRM 或企业资源管理系统

· Strong skills in cross-cultural communication and international operations 具备跨文化沟通与国际市场操作经验
