We are a fast-growing, publicly listed healthcare group with operations spanning Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand and China, with further ASEAN expansion underway. We are seeking a visionary Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO) to join our Senior Management Team and lead the financial strategy behind our next phase of regional growth.
Drive Strategic Financial Leadership — Partner with the Group Managing Director and Board to shape financial strategies that fuel regional expansion, enhance profitability, and build long-term shareholder value across multiple group entities
Lead Multi-Country Financial Operations — Oversee consolidated group reporting, statutory compliance, and governance across multiple jurisdictions, in line with international accounting standards and Bursa Malaysia listing requirements
Champion Growth Initiatives — Lead M&A activity, fundraising, capital structure optimization, and investor relations, including engagement with analysts, fund managers, and the investing public
Transform Finance Operations — Drive digital transformation: ERP implementation, BI tools, and process automation to build a world‑class finance function
Ensure Risk & Compliance Excellence — Build robust risk frameworks and ensure compliance with tax, audit, regulatory, and healthcare‑sector requirements across all markets, in line with listed-company governance standards
Build High‑Performance Teams — Lead and develop a regional finance team with a culture of excellence and accountability
Be a Strategic Business Partner — Translate financial data into insights that strengthen both patient‑care economics and business sustainability
Public Listed Company Experience — Required. Candidates must have at least 3 years of direct experience as CFO within a Bursa Malaysia–listed (or other stock exchange–listed) company, with firsthand exposure to listing requirements, board reporting, investor relations, and corporate disclosure obligations. Candidates without listed‑company experience will not be considered for this role.
15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including at least 3 years as Group CFO in a multi‑entity organization
Professional accounting qualification — MIA, ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or CFA — with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
Proven track record in M&A, fundraising, and cross‑border finance operations; ASEAN experience highly valued
Demonstrated success leading finance transformation (ERP migration, BI implementation, digitization) at group/regional scale
Exposure to healthcare, life sciences, or service industries is a plus
Strong stakeholder management — credibility with investors, regulators, auditors, and the Board
