Qualifications

• Experience as a Group Accountant or similar role required.
• Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and compliance with accounting standards.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with auditors and stakeholders.

Job description

• Maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk
• Ensure reported results comply with accepted accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of consolidated monthly and annual financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting policies and standard
• Assist to manage and oversee the budgeting process including effective planning, guidelines, and assumptions
• Analyze financial results - including corrective actions to address adverse performance and to reconcile financial discrepancies
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary to ensure timely completion of audits and tax submissions
• Track Company’s financial performance and status to distinguish areas of potential improvements
• Develop, streamline, and enhance financial management and reporting processes
• Provide timely and robust financial analysis to support business decision-making
