Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain an adequate system of accounting records, controls, and budgets to mitigate risk.
2. Ensure reported results comply with accepted accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
3. Enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results.
4. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of consolidated monthly and annual financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting policies and standards.
5. Assist in managing and overseeing the budgeting process, including effective planning, guidelines, and assumptions.
6. Analyze financial results, including implementing corrective actions to address adverse performance and reconcile financial discrepancies.
7. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and the company secretary to ensure the timely completion of audits and tax submissions.
8. Track the company’s financial performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
9. Develop, streamline, and enhance financial management and reporting processes.
10. Provide timely and robust financial analysis to support business decision-making.
