We’re Hiring: Graphic & UI/UX Designer

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, UI/UX, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in graphic design and UI/UX for digital platforms, fresh-grad are welcome too.
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma, or Sketch.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design principles, layout, color theory, and typography.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
• Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and usability testing.
• Detail-oriented with good time management skills and creativity.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with developers and marketing teams.

Bonus Points:

• Experience designing for e-commerce, mobile apps, or SAAS platforms.
• Animation or motion graphics skills (After Effects, Lottie, etc.).
• Familiar with brand identity and visual storytelling.
• Understanding of SEO and digital marketing design needs.
• Able to adapt style based on brand tone (modern, playful, minimalist, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality UI/UX layouts and assets for websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
• Create visual content for campaigns, social media, and marketing materials.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on product requirements.
• Participate in user research and feedback analysis to improve designs.
• Maintain and enhance the company’s brand visual identity across all platforms.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
