Job summary

EB FROZEN FOOD SDN. BHD. is seeking a creative Graphic Designer/Multimedia Designer to craft packaging, promotional assets, and in-store branding across platforms. You will work with Marketing to ensure visuals align with the brand and campaign goals.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Graphic Design, at least two years of experience, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of video editing and social content is a plus. A strong portfolio is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of graphic or multimedia design experience.
• FMCG/food industry experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; video editing skills are a plus.
• Strong layout, typography, colour, and visual storytelling.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design work.

Responsibilities

• Develop visuals for packaging, promotions, events, and POSM.
• Translate campaign concepts into engaging designs.
• Collaborate with Marketing to execute campaigns.
• Create social media content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
• Ensure visuals are consistent with CI and branding guidelines.
• Assist with product photography and basic video content.
• Coordinate with suppliers, printers, and agencies to deliver materials.
• Manage multiple design projects with deadlines.
• Stay updated on design and social media trends.
• Perform other design duties as assigned.
