Job summary

Life Factor Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya is seeking aGraphic & Multimedia designer to join the Marketing team. The role focuses on packaging, POSM, website and digital content, with responsibilities spanning video creation and social media formats.

You will collaborate with Ecommerce and Marketing to craft concepts aligned with campaign goals, while keeping up with trends and delivering multiple projects on schedule. Mandarin communication with clients is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or at least a Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required) In Graphic & Multimedia design.
At least 1–2 years of experience in graphic/digital design is preferred.
Experience in Ecommerce, social media or digital marketing is an advantage.
Proficient in design softwares and tools.
Able to work on multiple projects and manage deadlines effectively.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to work independently and take initiative.
Applicants are required to submit a portfolio or samples of previous work.

Responsibilities

Develop creative design for product packaging, POSM, website and digital marketing
Develop creative materials for product launches, sales campaigns, festive promotions and marketing activities.
Create and edit videos, reels and TikTok content.
Work closely with the Ecommerce and Marketing teams to develop creative concepts based on campaign objectives.
Keep up with social media trends, ecommerce design trends and digital content formats.
Assist with other creative and design-related tasks when required.
