Graphic Manager (Studio)

Job Description

• 8+ years of graphic design experience
• 1-2 years in a senior managerial role
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects
• Ideation and conceptualisation skills including storyboarding
• Creative problem solver with the ability to deliver innovative design solutions.
• Skilled in collaborating with clients to ensure design projects align with business goals.
• Ability to understand a brief and develop design strategies that support business objectives, providing creative direction to team members where required.
• Hands on expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.
• Proficiency with motion graphics, video editing, UI/UX, and/or HTML/CSS
• Ability to maintain brand consistency across design projects and stay up-to-date with design trends and technology.
• Experience in managing client relationships, understanding design needs, and ensuring satisfaction with deliverables.
